I was getting ready to purchase a guaranteed life plan with Trans America only to find out it was no longer available and there was nothing identical to it. That's the only disappointing thing.

Not sure yet how I feel about life quotes aggressively managing the insurance that I should expect phone calls during the life of the policy. Somewhat leads me to believe that I or another insured should expect random blood/urine testing.

Maria saw that my payment was not received by Prudential. However she checked again after we hung up and called me back to say it just updated and payment was received. I thought it was great that she called me back so fast and saved me from calling Prudential the next day.
