One suggestion - mention that the exam requires a fasting blood test since that will factor into best time for it.

Very professional, easy to work with. They will guide you though the whole process, so that makes it a freeze completing the application.
I am not completely satisfied. When ever I call to find out and leave my name / number, no one ever calls back. If they do, they do not ever leave a message. With the increasing number of robocalls and telemarketers, people don't ever pick up phone calls from numbers not recognizable.
