I’ve been waiting months for this replacement insurance policy and all I get are cell messages saying a few more days or we just received medical test results or Dr Velez finally sent ppw all encouragement but no results yet just another wait we’ll get back to you.

I was contacted due to an commission issue between Lifequotes and Pacific life. It was inferred there was an issue with my policy. According to Pacific Life, my policy is fine and active. This commission issue is your issue not mine. Do not contact me again

Your agent was fine and very nice. Unfortunately, the questions raised by the insurance company were repetitive and indicated a total lack of understanding of the simple and some-what commonplace medical condition -- namely kidney stones. She did her job. Its a shame the insurance company didn't. . .
