Renewal process for our law corporation's malpractice insurance was beyond awesome. Sarah was able to procure a good renewal quote 90 days before the anniversary, which I agreed to and paid. I received the policy last week and the anniversary date is still months away. My last carrier took 6-8 m. . .
IThe interview would be called not so professional, the tone of voice and the questions seemed like a cop rather than good customer service.
