Larry Shultz was fine, but this morning I got an email from Crystal Sims trying to sell me other life insurance from your company before the results of my current application was sent to me. Rather convoluted since my application is still being considered.
Very confusing when referencing different insurance companies than what I saw on website.

Katrina was nice and informative but I was told my insurance would cost more because i take a daily medication for hyperthyroidism. I do not understand what this has anything to do with life insurance. My mom has had hyperthyroidism and been on medication for over 30 years. She is 70 and very healt. . .
