Very respectful,understanding,and thorough.
Jordan was great. Unfortunately, due to problems with the processes involved with banner life and transamerica we couldn't complete the application process. Very frustrating.

This took several several months and the auditors kept asking for more things and more things and more things. I wasn't very happy about that the auditors needed to make one list 12 different requests!
